The hotel room looked just like the pictures online, big, clean, and relatively new, but there were too many children making noise in the room. The service was friendly and eager to assist, handling all requests promptly. The location was great for our purpose despite being a little crowded. The dining experience was good overall with a variety of foods, but some items were not properly prepared. The facilities were well-maintained and offered shops and a laundry service.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near CMU with ample walking space. However, the noise from nearby groups and the ice machine disturbed my sleep. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the dining options were mediocre at best.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out, although a bit noisy due to the proximity to the elevator and ice machine area. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting Central Michigan University or the nearby restaurants and shopping areas. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and some design flaws in the shower area.
